To help us help you, include
- Brand and model number from the rating plate or label on your equipment (a photo of the label is ideal).
- The serial number, if the manufacturer's parts lists depend on it.
- What's happening: error messages, lights, noises, and what you've already checked.
Good reasons to write
- "Which part fits my model?" questions.
- Corrections: if a fact is wrong or out of date, send the source and we'll check it.
- Topics you'd like covered.
What we can't help with
- Orders, shipping, returns or refunds. We don't sell anything; contact the retailer you bought from.
- Warranty claims. Contact the manufacturer.
- Emergencies. If you smell gas, follow your heater manual's emergency steps and call your gas supplier (or the fire department if you can't reach it). For electrical or chemical emergencies, call 911.
